I became what you would call a gym rat at age 28 and at 33 I became a student of nutrition. I focused on discovering what worked to keep my body fat low while building lean muscle. I discovered that the key to achieving the results I wanted centered on me eating nutrient dense foods and high intensity interval total body workouts.
So what I write about here is based on my own personal experience, that of my workout partners and top fitness athletes/personal trainers.
