If this is your first visit, this used to be the Burn Belly Fat blog. But as I continued to create content for the blog, it continued to reflect my belief that your diet is the key to being able to lose fat … not just from your stomach but your entire body. So going forward, you find more content that focuses on nutrition and making healthy choices to help you reach your goals.

But readers who are looking for content on exercises and workouts to burn fat and tone the abs will not be disappointed.

I created this blog for men and women who want to discover how to lose abdominal fat, achieve healthy weight loss and get toned abs.

Whatever your fitness and weight loss goals are, this blog will provide information and tips on how to use a healthy, balanced diet and exercise to eliminate that “spare tire” you’ve been carrying around & keep it off for good.

I own, operate and write most of the content you will read on this blog.  My number 1 goal is to provide you with quality content to help you reach your goals.

I became what you would call a ‘gym rat’ at age 28 and at 33 I became a student of nutrition.  I focused on discovering what worked to keep my body fat low while building lean muscle. I discovered that the key to achieving the results I wanted centered on me eating nutrient dense foods and high intensity interval total body workouts.

So what I write about here is based on my own personal experience, that of my workout partners and top fitness athletes/personal trainers.
