You should beware of eating so called &#039;diet foods&#039; (foods marketed as &#039;diet&#039; are poor choices for anyone trying to lose weight or eliminate unwanted body fat).  Instead focus on eating good sources of protein, carbs and healthy fats. You should be eating: lean cuts of meat &amp; fresh wild fish, fresh veggies like asparagus, broccoli &amp; spinach, nuts like almonds, whole grains and fresh fruits like berries &amp; grapefruit.

		<description>As far as I can see if you eat less calories than you use you will lose weight.  I also understand that losing of fat too quickly can cause your body to consume its own muscles to make up for the energy deficit.  So if this really helps you lose weight fast then it would be amazing.</description>
