Look I take your quest to get toned abs seriously BUT I just had to share this hilariously funny YouTube video of the “Hawaii Exercise Chair” infomercial with you.
Why?
To show you just how ridiculous most of these so-called exercise machines sold via infomercials really are (and because we all can use a good laugh, can’t we?). The companies that sell these gimmicks are marketing masters. They know that people want to have better bodies, but don’t want to put in the work to get them. So they offer these “lazy, get amazing visible abs while you lay in your bed” solutions (there’s one being sold on TV now by a similar title … I kid you not!)
Wasn’t that funny? It really had me cracking up! Be sure to share this post with your friends, family & co-workers.
Just remember … there’s no machine or gadget that can give you really toned visible abs with little or no effort on your part! In order to get sexy six pack you’ve got to reduce your percentage of body fat low enough for your abs to become visible.
