Glad you both found this article helpful. You&#039;re both on the right track with food. The ones you&#039;ve mentioned are excellent for burning fat and should be included in your diet.  However, I would eat the entire egg (not just the egg whites) because they&#039;re an excellent source of protein.

Here are a few other foods I would eat on a six pack abs diet: turkey breasts, lean cuts of steak, kale, non fat yogurt and kidney or lima beans.
