1. If you want to lose abdominal fat and get an amazing  set of visible six pack abs, the first thing you need is commitment.

Everyone says they want to look good in and out of their clothes, but FEW ARE WILLING to pay the price.  Until you make that commitment, you’re just hoping and wishing.  So make up your mind – right now. Don’t pooh – pooh the diet component of your program. Your workout CAN’T make up for a poor diet.  Only 10% of your six pack abs results comes from exercising. The other 90% comes from what you eat and how you eat!
