Over the past years whenevr I wanted to lose weight, i’d only lose a bit of fat near my tummy. But then in the abdominal area, below my belly button, it never seems to get any smaller. Any tips?

the belly area is the toughest region on the body to lose fat, since most fat is stored in this area you have to work hard to get any type of abs..just work hard and eat right..stay away from microwaved foods..they are bad if you want to be losing belly fat
