Good post, I have bought the Truth About Six Pack Abs to, it really has alot of need to know information before you start any weightloss or sculpting endovers. I am glad you said that about the crunches most people don’t know that and they waste alot of time with all those crunches.

Yeah I’ve seen people spend way too much time doing crunches, sit-ups or cardio. It’s just not necessary to spend an hour a day, 5 days a week to train your abs.
