I prefer total body exercises, like the military press, because you can target multiple muscle groups (which is great because you can get an intense workout). But don’t forget about total body workouts that can be done without weights. Swimming is great and so is volleyball, basketball, tennis, jumping rope (this is my personal favorite for losing weight, getting lean and toning up the entire body) and push ups.

In my experience there is not a quick reducing program. You have to use self control to achieve your weight loss goals. Anyone who can develop a truly painless way to lose weight will be rich.
