<p>Since you&#8217;re reading this article it&#8217;s pretty safe to assume you want to have a great set of abs. If you want to develop a  set of visibly toned abs, today&#8217;s post outlines 4 essential steps to get great abs as well as get a buffed, sexy body like the fitness model pictured to the left.</p>
<blockquote><p><em>So what are the 4 steps to great abs?</em></p></blockquote>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Step 1</span>: <em>Make the commitment</em>. Almost everyone wants to look good in front of the mirror and to members of the opposite sex (in as well as out of clothes).  BUT few people are willing to do what it takes to make it happen. And until you make that commitment, <a title="Lose Abdominal Fat And Get Toned Abs" href="http://sixpackabsdiet.net/lose-abdominal-fat-get-toned-abs" target="_blank">losing abdominal fat</a>, getting in shape and creating amazing abs is merely a wish you&#8217;d like to see comet true. But once you cross that line &#8230;. it becomes a goal. And goals require a certain amount of thinking and planning.</p>

<p>lose unwanted body fat as well as develop lean fat burning muscle. All you need is 3 -4 days a week to work out. The remainder of your week is for rest and recovery.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Step 4</span>: <em>Follow through</em>. This is where action talks and the B.S. walks. Almost anyone can go through the initial planning phases of this plan to get great abs.
